Church Workers – Never Work Alone with Children



It is not uncommon for volunteer workers to work alone, but this circumstance should be avoided whenever possible. Some churches assign two workers in a class or other ministry situation, which is better than one, but still is not optimal. But if that is all you can do, at least try to make the assigned pair male and female (or two ladies)…. Better yet, recruit three or more people for the class. The ideal mix would be two women and one man. The more eyes the better. Page 60.
