Church Buses – Men Should Not Sit with the Children
Filed under Church LawApr 15
If you are an adult woman riding on a bus or in a van as a worker, make sure you are not sitting in the front. Preferably, the adult male or men ought to sit in or near the front of the bus. If they sit at midpoint, they should sit alone or with another man. If you are an adult male, you should position yourself in such a way that you can observe the children without ever sitting in close contact with any child, male or female. The preferred policy is that an adult male never sit with a child or children unless it is his own child or children. This is for the adult’s protection as much as for the protection of the church and children. Page 106How to Protect Your Children on the Internet: A Road Map for Parents and Teachers
